I've made it to MAINE! I'm just past Rangely and my journey is nearly complete, yet somehow it feels like I still have very far to travel. With just about 200 miles left, I have many mixed emotions. The terrain here is difficult both mentally and physically. I'm exhausted, achey, smelly, but more importantly I am very happy and in good company. As I finish hiking my last section of trail I want to enjoy every bit of it and save my energy for the big climbs. I will not be posting any new blog posts again until after I summit.

I want to tell you all that I am so thankful for all of your support. I am glad you've all followed along through New Jersey with me! The last bit of the story will be published just about every other day when I get home.

The most important thank you is to my Mom and Dad. They've supported me mentally, financially, and even driven multiple hours to take me to dinner and to get resupply just to drive home five more hours after they've dropped me back at the trail. At one point my mother even got up before dawn to drop of off for a slackpack section in the White Mountains. You guys are my heroes and I wouldn't trade you for the world.

Here are some photos of Maine to keep you occupied for now. Thanks again, I love you all!
